Cut in 3/8 ply, Pegas #1mg blade, saw set on a sloooooow speed, and a sphincter-pucker of about 11 on a 1-10 scale. Some of those lines, the wood remaining is thinner than the kerf of the blade! I plan on doing a dark stain, then finding some pre-printed paper with an American flag and seeing how that works for a background, then framing the whole thing. RabidAlien Posted October 29, 2019 Author Report Posted October 29, 2019 Here's the pattern I used. Its kinda rough around the edges when you zoom in, but I didnt' find that to be a problem, just run your blade down the "points" (the corners of the pixels) and it all levels off. John B 1 Quote
