Popular Post baggetta
Just spent the last couple of weeks working on this project for a fan of the old TV show "The Rifleman." He lives out in California and really loves everything about the series. I cut the names from cherry wood and mounted them on a large piece of 1/2" birch plywood, which I stained with an oak finish. To cover the edges of the board I used some oak strips and then did an inner frame from cherry. The whole thing was then coated with a satin sealer. The piece stands about 24" tall and about 18" wide. JimErn
Very nice, man that brings back some memories. All the shows back then taught a moral, somewhere hollyweird seems to have forgot that RabidAlien and OzarkSawdust
trackman
Outstanding job!! When I was a young boy I had the “rifleman’s” rifle. Me and my friends chased down many of the bad guys. OzarkSawdust and Jim McDonald 1

Bill WIlson
That's pretty cool. The show was a little before my time, but INSP airs multiple episodes on Saturday mornings. I've probably seen them all at least 3-4 times. Someone took a count and did you know that the Rifleman killed 120 people over the course of the series? Yikes, poor Mark should've been scarred for life.

As they say down here, and it is a valid defense to some extent, they needed killin'. amazingkevin, meflick and OzarkSawdust 2
