Christmas fireplace (two variants)

It is my favorite Christmas project for this moment, I couldnt dicide which variant is better, so I made both. Which one do you like more? 

I plan to make at least 3 more new Christmas patterns this year

I love them. Lots of possibilities using different stains or paints. I'll probably be buying this one.

Great looking design.  I like the first one better the one with the 'wall' behind the fireplace and wreath. I probably have some spatial bias I'm not aware of.

I prefer the second one but both are great.  Almost any pattern is on my wish list, hoping to get some for Christmas!!! If not, then I will be buying in the new year.
