mikesscrollsaw Posted February 1, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2011 I used 1/4 inch thick wood, cut it to shape then sand it the rest of the way. I have little drum sanders for my drill press, I use 80 grit to shape it then use a orbital hand sander with 120, then finally hand sand with 280 till smooth. I finished all of them with teak oil.
