Bill WIlson Posted December 1, 2019 Report Posted December 1, 2019 Looking good trackman! I'm in the middle of making about 112 of those right now. Are you going to install screw eyes in them, for hanging? Quote

jollyred Posted December 2, 2019 Report Posted December 2, 2019 That is a great job and a wonderful gift for the church members. You do realize you will now have to do this every year? amazingkevin 1 Quote
Jim McDonald Posted December 2, 2019 Report Posted December 2, 2019 I made three as a test and spent about as much time getting super glue off my fingers as I did cutting AND assembling. (Gotta come up with a better plan if I go into production mode) Quote
Bill WIlson Posted December 2, 2019 Report Posted December 2, 2019 Toothpick, tweezers and Alene's Tacky Glue are working pretty well for me. It is time consuming though. I'm considering switching to CA glue to attach the figures in the manger, but will probably stick with the ATG. (pun not intended ) Quote
trackman Posted December 2, 2019 Author Report Posted December 2, 2019 I made a jig to put the roof to the back and base. Using CA glue with activator. Everything else I used yellow glue put on with a toothpick. Quote
nrscroller Posted December 2, 2019 Report Posted December 2, 2019 Wow that is really a nice gift and nice work. Bill Quote
