For any of my puzzle zombies or anyone else that use the shelf liner, it's available online at Michael's for 50% off if you buy 6 rolls or more (in 6 roll increments) ($4.10 a roll).  I bought 12 rolls a few days ago when it was 40% off and it arrived today and when I went online just now so I could share the link, it's now 50% off... so I ordered 12 more rolls.  If they run out, it's my fault.  LOL

I buy 12" wide boards, 6' length and I apply it to the entire board then spray glue the surface, then stick my patterns to it.  Sample photo.

Wow Scott...that's a lot of puzzles! How long does it take you to cut a board full of puzzles? Always 1x Poplar?

I can get 20 or 21 patterns on a 6' board, yes, always standard 1x12 poplar.  If I'm in a crunch and need to produce a lot, I can cut all of them in 1 day.  But generally I spread it out over 3 days... 1 day to cut the outlines.  1 day to do all of the internal and detail cuts.  1 day to cut them into puzzle pieces.  Because I have a day job I spend only 1-2 hours a day cutting spread out throughout the day.

Must be an old picture, I spy Kitty Kitty. :)  My wife told me about this sale and I also took advantage of the sale.

Hahahahaha!!!!  I go through a roll about every 3 to 4 weeks.

stack cut those puzzles and you'd be able to cut down on the rolls you use, LOL.. and I thought I went through a lot of that stuff... But the majority of my stuff is stacked 4-6 pieces at a time.. LOL

I use Dollar Tree's 12" wide version. Shorter rolls, but cheaper per foot, and I haven't noticed a performance difference between this and what I used to get elsewhere.

I also tried Dollar Tree's double sided tape for adhering patterns. Comes in a dispenser like Scotch tape. No overspray, no mess, put it just where I need it.
