Popular Post scroller777
As I prepare to tuck myself in bed last night, my wonderful wife mentions her secret Santa gift exchange at work today. Oh yea no gift or time to hit to store. wife: Can you do me a favor? So here it is, 1 hour, putting my slippers on to taking them off. That was fun. Obviously not my best but pulled it off minus the finish. dgman, OCtoolguy, lawson56 and 9 others
CharleyL
Amber shellac dries in 10 minutes and looks good on many things. I've used it several times when a finish was needed "in a hurry". Charley meflick, NC Scroller and OCtoolguy 2

BTW you can also get shellac in a rattle can that dries in minutes also. OCtoolguy

teachnlearn
Grab a jar of jam and grab some dinner rolls at the store. Put a bow around it. Then tell them its a breakfast gift. Your project is much nicer. RJF Edited December 19, 2019 by teachnlearn OCtoolguy

Jim McDonald
For a "quick hitter", you did a great job on that. Lacquer takes about 15 minutes or less.
scroller777
teachnlearn,, even going to the store for that stuff would have taken longer, Thanks for your input all. Steve

Steve Guess you live further from the store. We have one, a block from us open til 6 pm. We live in an area of a national park, so there are gas stations open 24 hours with a decent food section for the RVs. RJF
