Anyone Know Who's Design This Is?

Seems like I've seen this before somewhere... I have a customer asking if I can duplicate it... said she's looked for the original designer and she cannot locate them.. so asked if I could make one.. 

Any idea where it's from?

Don’t know who the designer is, but if you post it in the pattern request forum I’m sure one of our wonderful designers will draw it up for you.

There is an article in Scroll Saw Woodworking that includes the Dove ornaments. the search functions returns this information:
