Popular Post woodduck
This one is from a pattern by H.Botas Size is 11" x 16" & was cut mainly with Silver Reverse 2/0 Blades & a 3/0 spiral blade in a few places. Made a few mistakes but think it came out ok in the end. I stack cut 2 of them and both are sold already to my very good customer & one of his workmen. OzarkSawdust
Very Nice Peter! I was eyeballing that pattern too...but decided I needed a little more practice before I try it. Great Idea...stack cut 2-3 and sell them! What thickness did you use? woodduck

heppnerguy
a very nice cut. I always enjoy your posts, Peter, as all are so nicely done. One question for you. I see what appears to be some kind of nails in the corners, appearing to hold the front and backer boards together. Could you explain what you use for that and do you also use glue? Also what thicknesses are your two boards? Dick heppnerguy woodduck

I was just thinking of you and wondering where you where we haven't seen you. I hope you are nowhere near the fires. Stay safe. Dick heppnerguy Yes Dick they are small round headed brass nails put there mainly for a bit of decoration & secondly if the glue ever fails they would hold it together but mainly just for show. I use 4mm Marine Ply for the cutting & 9mm MDF for the backing. Cheers Peter heppnerguy
