Dewalt Service Center near me

I had a very good experience with the center in Indianapolis. Got the knocking fixed, but after about 3 cuts, it would not pull tension. They fixed the tension issue at no charge.

I was without my saw for a short bit, but it just hums along now.

(Of course, that meant I didn't pull the trigger for a new Pegas 😥)

Jim, I'm not sure just how mechanically inclined you are but if you once take the time to watch the Bob Brokaw series of videos on your saw and do the service on your saw, you can keep it in humming operation. I did all the required things to my Dewalt prior to buying my Excalibur. When I sold it, I knew the next owner got a great running saw. I told the buyer that if anything ever went wrong with it to get in touch with me and I'd help them fix it.
