trackman Posted January 17, 2020 Report Posted January 17, 2020 Nice pattern and cutting! Must ask the dogs left eye looks to be a floater. Did you paint the bridges or glue in the eye? tomsteve 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted January 17, 2020 Report Posted January 17, 2020 You did very well on both. I know how much that will mean to them. I did similar for a guy. Never meant him but we were forum friends on a wood working forum. Had to put is dog down and I knew how much it meant to him and his wife. A picture of their dog was his avatar picture. I took the picture and made the only pattern I have made from it, cut the pattern ans sent it them. The response was very rewarding. It sits on their fireplace mantel. jellis2, Gordon 121, tomsteve and 4 others 6 1 Quote

Very nicely accomplished. You should feel proud that you cared enough to make that jump for your friends. Dick heppnerguy tomsteve 1 Quote
wombatie Posted January 17, 2020 Report Posted January 17, 2020 Della was a beautiful fur baby, I am sure the parents were beside themselves with their grief but you put a smile on their faces with your gift. You did a beautiful pattern and cutting, very impressive. Marg dgman and tomsteve 2 Quote
LarryEA Posted January 17, 2020 Report Posted January 17, 2020 Brings back memories for me. Not just my good puppy friends but my sweet kitties also... WE would have a wall of scroll memories and in a way we still do but only in our minds. Della was a sweetheart, her face shows loving care. tomsteve and dgman 2 Quote
