Popular Post cowboyup3371 Posted January 19, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted January 19, 2020 Found this pattern on Steve Good's site and wanted to make it for my niece's grandson who is just about 18 months old or so. Used some extra red oak plywood for the puzzle itself and then routed/carved out the backer from the inside of a board I was already using for routing practice. I placed the first finger hole too low to properly push the middle piece out so threw a second one a little higher. My 21 year old daughter painted the pieces for me and then I sprayed some lacquer over everything yesterday. It's funny how the finishing part of the project can take longer than the actual work sometimes Adler Puzzle by Scott Baker, on Flickr Puzzle Back by Scott Baker, on Flickr Adler Puzzle Pieces by Scott Baker, on Flickr Ninuninu, Scrappile, new2woodwrk and 7 others 10 Quote
