Popular Post Dragonkort
Not sure if im doing this right or not so just let me know if I should just add to the first topic or start another one when I add pictures. Now this piece is made from scrap wood I had from another project. I thought it looked to nice to toss out so I went to my emboridy machine and emboried this saying and picture. When that was done I used this scrap piece as the frame. lol I have a few more of these scrap wood pieces that I will use as frames for other things. lol second picture is the mouse pincousin opened from the other post. LOL it was just a sitting there saying I don't know why you didn't see me before. lol. then we have paul bunin. yes yes I know horrable spelling. lol anyway paul is from one of my compound cut books. I used dowl if I rmember right for the tree stumps. Then I used 2 scrap pieces of wood and fitted a broken sawblade to it to make the saw. the wood the saw is inbeded in is an old plastic branch from a cake decoration I had left over. I made the bed roll from a scrap piece of denim and the little rocks are really left over pieces of puter I nabbed from a friend of mine before she could put it back in her casting pot to remelt. lol behind paul is a plastic fern tree. not sure where that came from . I don't think you can see it in the pictures but my friend donated a leadbased cast ax for paul to hold. my poor spike every time I say DONT THROW THAT OUT! he says do you HAVE to save EVERYTHING!! lol I say no but don't throw anything away before you ask me first. lol He doesn't listen to that lol so I have to try and catch him before he tosses out a potential craft item. lol i'll post more next time. when you are tired of seeing all the wood stuff iv crafted over the years just let me k now. Right now im working on the ark of the covenit pattern that I got from steve goods patterns. I'll post that one when its finished. Rockytime
Your work is really interesting. It reminds me of folk art. My mother was kind of a folk artist in a small town. People were always coming over to see what she was making next. Keep showing us!

RabidAlien
Nice!!! and to answer your question about adding to a post or starting a new one, that's up to you, but I find it less easy to see what's going on if a thread starts getting too long, so I would just start a new post each time.
