dgman Posted March 21, 2020 Report Posted March 21, 2020 You sure you don’t have a CNC machine Paul? That is an impressive cut! Scrappile 1 Quote
trackman Posted March 21, 2020 Report Posted March 21, 2020 Very nice cutting! I am making a set of these for a homeless mission for veterans. Did you burn the Semper Fidelis in the wood? I was going to try and cut it but chicken out. Was thinking about burning it. Scrappile 1 Quote

I copied it to decal paper and used that. Makes it very easy. Print it with a inkjet printer. Spray the decal with a clear lacquer before you put it in water. Than apply it. I have a wood burning setup, but was afraid to even try that. Going to make a Navy Aviator one for my son and an Army one for my brother. I like your idea for the vets, we have a home for them here, I think I will look into doing what your are doing. meflick 1 Quote

Used #1 Pegas Double Skip blades, it is 1/4" BB. I really like the Pegas Double Skip blades, but you can not be in a hurry with them. Very non-aggressive. amazingkevin 1 Quote
