rjR
WELL that 5 window looks good in any weather. Neat job; "man-cave" décor item.
RabidAlien
Yeah, I was out in my garage with the heater on (small space heater, does practically nothing unless I put it within 3 feet of my chair while the garage door is open), its in the low 50's here, but with wind-chill and pre-rain humidity levels, it got too cold so I had to shut the garage door after the winds shifted direction slightly and started blowing more into the garage. Warmed up after that, heat stayed in the garage, but I had to take a break for my back's sake. Nicely cut!

Scrappile
Wish I had the time, money and know how to make a car like that.... Only thing I get to work on mechanical is my riding lawn mower.... Nice scrolling on the Hot Rod. Here is my story,,, I subscribed to Hot Rod mag for years when I was young up until I got married. Them in my early 30's I decided to subscribe again, just for the fun. First issue there was an entry forum to enter to win a 32 Ford Roadster. So I entered. Well in July that year, several month after I entered the contest,,, I get home from work, in a not so good mood, and sitting trying to read the paper, and the phone rings.. I say hello, and guy says "Mr. Douglass, this is so and so, editor of Hot Rod Mag." I rudely interrupted him said I'm not interested,,,, he says, "but, Mr Douglass"... and I hung up.... I though it was just another prank call, or someone was trying to get me to renew my subscription.... Then a couple minutes later it dawned on me this was the first of July when they were awarding the Hot Rod.... What do you think? I think I may have shot myself in the foot, and some other guy got to pick up my beautiful 32 Ford hot rod and drive it home.... I can think of no other reason the Editor of the Mag would have called me. I will never know for sure,,, but good story. My wife still remind me of it once in a while, when she is tired of reminding me of my many other screw ups...
