We are talking about getting wood to satisfy our hobby needs! Do you have a goat to barter with? Do you think a plywood dealer would take a goat for trade? My original reply was directed at calling out a credit card number, which he didn't want to do again. This virus has scared the hell out of a lot of people, even to the point of not using cash cause it could be infected. Bartering is the original system of trade, and no it doesn't have to be a goat. I use tongue in cheek humor to keep the subject light. You could have just as well traded an old power tool. Traded work for a physical product, or traded a wife for a sheet of plywood. The goat was a historic reference of animal trade for something else. Though we don't tend to keep animals in our pockets so society moved on to items they call value that can be carried. Though still wonder if you can carry your wife, is she then recognized as legal tender? Absurd enough? And so in respect to those that can only take so much, in case I went too far, I sacrifice the goat here and now to end the odd inner message thread.RJF Edited April 12, 2020 by teachnlearn

Survival Prepping Ray, Didn't you stock up and keep a flock of chickens and a few goats in your survival location? Eggs and goat milk for breakfast. I would suggest a cow, but then you have to buy a bell. RJF Rockytime, Jim Finn and OCtoolguy 2
