spirithorse
Paul, Paul, Paul, Once a Marine, always a Marine! You didn't have to use that much force! I hope you can find someplace open to ship the part soon. https://advanced-machinery.myshopify.com/products/hegner-ndrs-articulated-hose-3 https://www.mrmsworkshop.com/uploads/1/8/1/8/18181809/air_hose_repair_information.pdf If you aren't particular about OEM parts, maybe some LocLine as shown in this short video. dgman
I take it is the piece that screws into the saw? I hope you ordered one for a spare!
jerrye
Looks like a compression fitting. You may be able to take the tube and broken end to the hardware store and find a compression fitting that will screw onto your saw and fit up in the tubing. I think it'd be worth a shot... crupiea
I use an aquarium pump. Works way better than the blower that came with the saw because it is always blowing even when I saw super slow. Pump and tubing was less than $10 at walmart. munzieb

Scrappile
Well duct tape and jury-rig to the rescue.... The parts are on the way but unless I can arrange it with the local USPS they will be sent back. Thought the items were going it be shipped UPS but they shipped USPS. I had given my home address and I do not have my mail delivered at my house, I have a P.O. Box. So that is all another story. Today I just really wanted to do some scrolling on my Hegner so I came up with what is pictured... Put the hold down arm back on and duct taped the loc-line to it. Fastened to the air hose with some parts I had for making some blow up air bags for a kayak I built... It works great, fact, works so much better than the way I had, that even if I get the new parts... I am still going to use this setup. Good luck Fredfret I have ordered all my Loc-line parts from Modularhose.com. I find them cheaper than Amazon. Have had good service from them in the past. This time I didn't read the fine print about shipping and I should have.
