Popular Post Frank Pellow Posted April 14, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted April 14, 2020 (edited) As you probably know, making straight cuts with a scroll saw requires a lot of concentration. As I outlined in the thread: I am going to be making a lot of frames to send to friends. Today, I cut 10 frames and each of those frames has 76 individual straight cuts. That's one heck of a lot of concentration. Here is photo of the stack of cut frames: I used a Flying Dutchman #5 Ultra Reverse blade and the wood I 6mm thick Baltic Birch plywood. I guess that I could have staked these at least two deep, but I am not fond of stack cutting. Edited April 15, 2020 by Frank Pellow Dave Monk, GusGustin, new2woodwrk and 13 others 16 Quote

spirithorse Posted April 14, 2020 Report Posted April 14, 2020 Great work, Frank! Isn't it amazing how those cuts can make it look like the shutters are opening? You have some special friends to make all those cuts and they will definitely appreciate your workmanship and creativity God Bless! Spirithorse danny 1 Quote
