First cut with rje new saw

I told Charles Hand I would cut one of his first. He is the reason I bought this saw and I love it

Congratulations on the new saw. You are giving it a good workout for sure. That pattern is perfect for top feeding.

I've been bottom feeding so long,  I can't get used to top feeding. I try it every now and then but I don't like it

Congrats on the saw. Looks like you are coming along great.  I like top feeding much better than bottom feeding. It seams like after the forth time I end up with a hockey stick on the bottom of the blade and have to switch back to bottom feeding especially if the holes are small.

Best explanation of why I don't feed that way!!!!  Plus i can hold down on the top arm and the blade with one hand while i tighten the blade clamp of the Dewalt.
