Popular Post cashew
This is my first completed bowl (I'm working another but it still needs work - experimental idea). The wood is 3/4 Black Limba. It screamed "Take Me" when I saw it at the store so I did. I also did a serving tray from that same piece of wood. The bowl is 15 inches long by 12 wide -- The tray is another post earlier. Need much more practice definitely but I'm happy with it as a first -- Finished with Danish oil and spray oil Poly New Guy, Crosstimbers, amazingkevin and 15 others

heppnerguy
You sure made good use of that piece of wood. Those bowls look really good. You have a good eye for what to use your wood for. Dick heppnerguy cashew

trackman
Never heard of Black Limba. But had a shop teacher tell me he “could build a world around what I don’t know an put what I do know in a thimble”. Nice bowl and wood! cashew and amazingkevin 1
