graham clements-turner
Hello everyone, my name is Graham, I'm new to scroll sawing, but not to the world of Arts & Crafts. I enjoy drawing, painting and anything that can be hand made. I'm looking forward to this new adventure. Keep well and as important stay safe. wombatie
Welcome to the Village Graham. I envy anyone that can draw, I have trouble drawing a straight line with a ruler. Even more important, stay sane. Marg

heppnerguy
Welcome Graham from Southern Arizona. There are a lot of places to explore and you will find a lot of good free information and free patterns for you to download and cut. When you finish a scroll pattern be sure and post it in the bragging forum for us all to view. Not that everything put in there is something one may think is worthy of bragging about, or maybe it is, it is just where you post your work for others to see. Don't be afraid to post it because you may think it is not that good, but keep in mind we all started from the beginning. Some are better then others. No one is here to put anyone else down, only to encourage each other. Any questions about scroll supplies or how to put a pattern on wood or what wood is best for what projects of how to keep a blade secure in the saw......all are good questions and some may have different takes on answering your question. It is like if you asked several people on the street, what is the best car to own, you might get a lot of different answers then you have to try several to find the one you like best. Hey, glad to have you on board and hope you log on often. Dick heppnerguy don watson
