It looked familiar, I thought I cut it once, so I dug through my cut projects pile and Facebook page to see if I could help.

I made a cut in April of 2011. At that time I probably got the pattern from the old Free4All scroll saw forum, but I don't have any pattern maker info on it. So it turns out I can't help much.

Hi, Jerry,
As you are probably aware, I have a strong interest in religious patterns and I have always liked this one.
When I first began seeing this, there was some discrepancy as to who designed it.
One designer was HONEY from the old ARPOP site.
Another designer named ENZO also claimed credit for this pattern.
I know Enzo contributed to Scrollsaw Woodworking and Crafts magazine and may have even shown this
pattern there. 

Another version of this pattern just had a cross added to the portrait. Just a very small, cross silhouette.

I'll look for some samples by both designers and PM you with what I find.
