Dragonkort
ok I don't know where or when I got this pattern, but as I said until recently I hadn't got into the woodshop for almost 2 years....and my memory isn't the greatest. now I THINK I know how to cut this but just to be on the safe side and so as not to waist any wood, when I put this on the wood I cut out the lines right ? and the parts that have the x marked are places where I cut all the wood away. no rush with this because even though I have the small blades now I still have to get some really small drill bits...thanks !! jerry1939
I don't saw anymore, but "Yes" you would cut out the "X" pieces. However, only the small cutouts are marked. On some, you would also remove larger, adjoining pieces. jerry OCtoolguy
John B
Yes, I would remove the pieces with an X, however you have to be careful cutting the other lines as if they are cut right through to the intersections (as drawn) pieces will drop out. Not that I answered it. From what I could see, it seems that your "x'ed" areas are meant to be removed. But I'd have to really study the rest of it to know what/where to cut. I don't do that fretwork so someone more knowledgeable than me will give you better advice.
