Hi LarryEA yes it is 1/4inch Baltic birch plywood 😀 it actually cut very well only minimal "fuzzy's"on the back, I bought some flat end spiral blades from mikes workshop they are very good ! 😀

Thanks Don, I did start to think why did I start this one !! But as trackman said just one hole at a time,it does not look that many holes when you first look at the pattern but when you start drilling you soon realise how many there is 😬 but I am glad I did it ,I think it turned out ok 😀

Thanks dgman I don't know exactly but think there was around 250-300 I will have to have a proper count 😀

thanks That's a good idea about the only cutting 25 at a time think I will try that next time and then I know how many holes I am cutting 😀Thanks for the tip cheers
