Hi LarryEA yes it is 1/4inch Baltic birch plywood it actually cut very well only minimal "fuzzy's"on the back, I bought some flat end spiral blades from mikes workshop they are very good ! Thanks Don, I did start to think why did I start this one !! But as trackman said just one hole at a time,it does not look that many holes when you first look at the pattern but when you start drilling you soon realise how many there is but I am glad I did it ,I think it turned out ok don watson 1 Quote

penquin Posted June 4, 2020 Report Posted June 4, 2020 Excellent work, well done. I count the holes I drill but only do 25 at a time, that way I always have a finish point if I want to take a rest. Super looking cut. jim Danj84 1 Quote

Super looking cut. jim Hi Jim, thanks That's a good idea about the only cutting 25 at a time think I will try that next time and then I know how many holes I am cutting Thanks for the tip cheers Dan Quote
