Hi LarryEA yes it is 1/4inch Baltic birch plywood it actually cut very well only minimal "fuzzy's"on the back, I bought some flat end spiral blades from mikes workshop they are very good ! Thanks Don, I did start to think why did I start this one !! I count the holes I drill but only do 25 at a time, that way I always have a finish point if I want to take a rest.
