RabidAlien Posted June 25, 2020 Report Share Posted June 25, 2020 Word-within-word pattern. Instead of cutting it with straight edges, I thought I'd try something a bit different. I think I like it this way over straight edges. 1"x8" whiteboard, stained Minwax Honey. Used Pegas #3MG blades. There are some fragile bridges in some of the inner letters, but I found that, since they are pretty much cut out in one section anyway, the rest of the scrap gave the bridges enough strength that they weren't any problem. I left the scrap in place when sanding the few burrs off the back of the piece, for the same reason.
