Dan Posted August 4, 2020 Report Posted August 4, 2020 Love that Applewood. I picked up a brisket ($1.99/lb) and smoked a chuck of it in Applewood. We all agreed that was the best tasting, tender and juiciest ever. The next week I bought an electric smoker for convenience but am not yet happy with it. Dan, what kind of smoker do you use? Quote

It has a digital display that is extremely hard to read. Does the temp stay pretty constant with the gas? And does it seem to produce a lot of smoke? Quote
