Light Box

A new light box I built for my daughters birthday. Box is black palm and front is 1/4 ply with light walnut and golden pecan stain. Put a small nest and some eggs in it think it adds a nice touch. Wife's ideal. Pattern is a modified Steve Good. design.

Steve ,this is impressive! I like to see projects that make you think about it ,or dream a little when seeing it.Hopeing to see some baby birds soon is a nice thought.Even though it's pretend.The light's on someones home (birds).All sorts of thoughts come to mind.It's allmost an action project.wrong words but it's like a cut out of a bird but put a worm in it's mouth that's a twist for the better.Here's a nest ,but put eggs in it that's a twist .Etc.Great idea that inspires us ,thank you for time well spent.Very interesting .

Too Cool Steve.. That will be a piece for your Daughters Hope Chest perhaps..The phrase " sheds a pleasent light " comes to mind..
