Wishing you well in your recovery Dave. Having watched my husband go through having both knees done and come out the other end feeling near brand new.  I'd say do the exercises they give you and more, it makes a tremendous difference.  A good friend had his done last year and is still struggling as he confessed to not doing the exercises because they hurt. 😞

Take care, don't fall and you'll be running around before you know it. 💕

Glad you were able to have your surgery, now as Brenda noted, to get the most from it, make sure you do the physical therapy work to get fully recovered. If not, why bother with doing the surgery. 😉🤔

I've pasted on two surgery's as i'm a big chicken. Been doing good healing myself. I would have a heart attack knowing someones fileting my torso. Well it's done and there's no turning back so i guess your under doctors orders. Yes back to the shop, Haven't seen your work in ages!!!!
