Stopped at "Goodwill" for wood!!!

Not into gadgets and things to entertain the mind from thrift shops any more. I like hunting for quality wood like cutting boards,bread box's,tissue boxes etc. I picked up for $3 a nice tissue box for making the manager of Winn Dixie 2 projects.don,t know what kind of wood it is but it looks real nice.he wants car dash board stand up names. Cut with Denny's blades #3.cut like a dream and very precise .the bases are areo matic cedar 1/8". Thanks for looking.glad I found something to do finally. One of the angels is broken  I guess that's why so cheap but they are low price anyway on brick a brack.

Have you tried a local fencing company for wood? I get a lot of nice cedar from one! Mostly shorter pieces; but, sometimes even some exotic hardwoods too.

I haven't done it lately, but would often find nice timbers from bookshelves etc that were put out on the curb for local council cleanups
