Firefighter emblem

Finished this piece up yesterday not a lot of scrolling to it but nice project to get a break from the outdoor furniture I been at most the summer. It's made from 1/2" plywood and roughly 21" around. Big thanks to my better half for painting it for including the lettering.

 You are quite the talented couple. This is a great piece. Do you have someone who is a firefighter in your  family or did you make this in honor of those that do that job? Either way, I hope you are planning an presenting this to a member or a station of those in that roll, as I know they would be so delighted to receive it

I have a few relatives that are firefighters. But this was is a Christmas gift for a firefighter that his wife wanted done for him.
