Blue line flag

Finished and sent off -- I think it came out great!  Completed size is 36 x 24 finished with Helmsman spar urethane (will be mounted on his house ).  I'm having fun with these but my driveway looks like it snowed sorta -- lots of sawdust from grinding the shape.  The final picture is the one I used for a pattern.

Cashew I am just crazy about these flags you are making. I need to ask, do you cut the piece, put it back together shape it as one piece, take it apart paint it then put it back together again?

Exactly right -- hiding the drill holes is in there somewhere too -- 50 on this one -- the little brass looking rings are fun too -- that's done with a flat wood drill bit and painted on - not real
