Popular Post smitty0312 Posted September 25, 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted September 25, 2020 (edited) Made this sign this afternoon......”Coffee until wine” .....it's 12 x 12....pine frame stained with Kona stain.....back is 1/2" sanded plywood......wording is 1/4" sanded plywood.......used 3 different fonts......comments are always appreciated....... My lady was looking over my shoulder and read it the same way I did at first; coffee "WITH" wine. Took us a double take to read the "UNTIL'. The font for the word until is not, IMHO, the best choice. If you added the extended line before the "u" , had it been at the bottom it may have read better. Capitols for the first letter of each word may have also made it read better. BTW, nice scroll work. I have also been considering making a sign in this manner but have not gotten around to doing it yet. Very nice sign, I can nothing in the suggestion line of thought, accept it is time to give another one a start.
