So I was quite determined to get it to glue solidly to a flat backer and using 'overkill' it worked. I sandwiched it between two large flat pieces of wood, clamped it all around and added two 5 litre bottles of water and 4 large pieces of concrete. If you look carefully at the bottom I have some pieces in there sandwiched between some really thick mdf. It just came in handy to put my big A3 'car' onto while I clamped it. It is incredibly strong, when it's empty I turn it upside down and use it as a step to reach things on the top shelf. Just like the car it could be covered with dirt, snow, rain and it still has the potentials to be a hair raiser in any given secound!!! Let's see more of your shop pretty please!!!
