A month in the making

A month in the making --  4 of these bad boys finally accomplished and shipped.
Approx 43 x 31 overall
Made mostly from 3/4 Baltic Birch (except backing 1/4- frame 1/4 poplar- and lettering 3/8 on 1/4 on 1/8 back). 
Shaping done with a Dremel
All cut with #1 and 3 modified geometry

I can't even do a simple jigsaw puzzle, I would have no hope doing one of those.    I take my hat off to you, you have patience and skill, well done.

2 of them packaged and wrapped hit 45 pounds
