NOEL Entry Signs

Made these this morning......Larger one is 5ft T......smaller one is 3ft T.......both I used rough cut lumber that i created from standard 1x6 boards.....white washed.....lg one has colonial red & hunter green letters.....sm one just colonial red letters.....

The meaning of Noel......A term signifying the holiday season, Noël comes to us from the Latin verb nasci, meaning “to be born.” In the book of Ecclesiastes, the birth of Jesus is called natalis. A variation of this word, nael, made its way into Old French as a reference to the Christmas season and later into Middle English as nowel.

I'm convinced, and have seen nothing to change my opinion, that the English language (and American English in particular) is not so much a language as it is the bastardized result of a drunken non-consensual pileup consisting of at least seven different languages, with a few dead languages thrown in for science.
