Popular Post Scrappile Posted December 7, 2020 Popular Post Report Posted December 7, 2020 (edited) Why I do not mind winter..... Here I sit, with a glass of wine... as a side note,,,, my older brother built this wood stove for me when I first started building my house in 1980. He worked for the Timberline stove company back then, I heated my house with it while I was building.... Still use it.. hotshot Posted December 7, 2020 Report Posted December 7, 2020 There is just something about a wood stove that I love. I still remember seeing my first one when I was a kid, and the impression it left on me. As an adult, still enjoy seeing them from time to time. amazingkevin 1 Quote

John B Posted December 14, 2020 Report Posted December 14, 2020 Love wood fires, We had one and it cost nothing to run. Used to spend a couple of nice winter days out in the bush cutting fire wood. Unfortunately, when we had renovations done, and the Grandson was living with us, he was only a baby at the time, we decided to do away with it, because it was dangerous for a toddler and get natural gas connected. Both the best and worst decisions we have ever made Quote
