I found pictures and a video on YouTube and tried these myself. The first in I made was Cherry. To thin and to soft, it broke when I dropped it. Next was walnut and it came out pretty nice. Next was worm eaten ash and I really like it. The grain is beautiful. Next I’m going to try hickory as soon as it warms up in the garage. Thanks for looking. The bottom has the holes cut in it to plug in and for the volume. I counter sunk Real small flat head brass screws to hold the bottom in.
