Thank you for the kind comments! I used a Pegas spiral 2/0 for the fine details in the rose petals.  Then I switched to a straight blade, probably a #1 Flying Dutchman, to sharpen up the ends of the cuts on about a dozen of the petal highlights.

The pattern is from the pattern gallery on this forum in the floral section done by shadylady0447.  If you can't find it let me know and I'll see if there is a way to post the link.

I thought it looked familiar!  I may have already snagged it, if not I'll rummage through the pattern library again!   Thanks for bringing it up again!
