More Miniature Birdhouse Ornaments

Four Miniature Birdhouse Ornaments finished and ready to display. The birdhouses are Ash and the little birds are Purple Heart. I used Pegas #7 Skip blades on the birdhouses and #5 Skip blades on the little birds. The finish is dipping in Shellac further diluted with 50% denatured alcohol. Comments welcome.

Nice looking houses Denny. I can't wait to get to Florida and start cutting again. Maybe the new saws will be back in stock by then.

I marked "like" before,,, now I say,,, beautiful work... I have made a few, and they are fun to cut.. One of the few things I have cut that were spoke for by family.... they are always wanted... yours are very nice...

Nice and decorative.  ok Cute. Looks like a pen blank will work well.

Thanks Ralph.  Last I heard, the saws cleared customs and should be in the Pegas warehouse next week.

Thanks Mark.  Pens blanks would work.  The stock for the little birds is 3/4” x 3/4” x 1 1/2”.

Thanks Joe.  I have a friend that uses #3 but slow going.  I have always used #7.

That's great news. Another month or so I should be in Florida. Then I have to build my workshop.
