We each have times when scrolling really does have to take a back seat. Scrolling to me is something I do for pleasure and if I put myself under stress to 'get it done' it stops being a joy and becomes a chore and that defeats the object. We still have household chores to do and some go out to work, (not me thankfully), life gets in the way. Just do what you can. Take care.
