Popular Post daveww1
I had made this several years ago by following the instruction in the pattern. The one on the left is made according to the pattern. The wife kept complaining that it was hard to dust. The one on the right is a new version which I just finished the other day. It is cut from 1/8" birch as was the original. I used diluted acrylic craft paints for the stain to color all the parts. The frame is just 3/4" white pine with glass to protect the piece. barb.j.enders, Joe W., Phantom Scroller and 9 others

Scrappile
Both very nice... To dust the unpainted one use some canned air to blow the dust off. I have an electric blower for things like that. You could also build a shadowbox to put it in. Edited March 24, 2021 by Scrappile
