It was ruled that there was nothing that prevented a goat from being mayor of the town, so the mayor was out. The town continued along and fixed what needed fixing, businesses prospered, and nobody really felt the need to install a two-legged mayor, so they kept electing the beer-chugger as Mayor. When he passed, they elected one of his offspring who also had a fondness for sudsy beverages. That's been a tradition in that town for many years now, and continues to this day. John B 1 Quote
