Scrollerlesley Posted April 10, 2009 Report Share Posted April 10, 2009 Hi Everyone! It's nice to see so many people on here who love to scroll! I have had my own saw for about 17 years now,but just in the last 2 years started doing the fancy stuff,"fretwork". Before I just cut shapes to paint,which I was into bigtime before I discovered the joys of actually scrolling. I started out on a Ryobi then to a craftsman 16" and now have a Dewalt which I love! I actually picked it up in almost new condition from an ad on Craig's list. I got a great deal. I also recently got the coyote stencil shop program which I'm still trying to figure out.I love to be in the craft shows and will be in some bigger and better ones this year. Its so nice to be able to meet new people who share the same interest. Folks you probably wouldn't have the opportunity to meet otherwise. There is so much talent and very knowledgeable and friendly folks here. You'll fit right in. When you get done with your craft show, you should give us a little update. I love hearing how people's shows went. I have never had the chance to participate in a show, but I will someday....when life slows down a bit. Welcome aboard. We're glad to have ya.
