Jesus eyes

This is a great pattern. Making several. Thanks to ridgeback for a wonderful pattern. Decided to paint the eyes for a new look  also first wood burning  the thorns yes are no?

Like the burn thorns. The eyes do make it stand out. But I think he would have had brown eyes because of were he was.

Beautiful work!
Adding color to the eyes really appeals to me but, I am not a fan of the wood-burned thorns.
Just one person's opinion.
