Didn't turn out too bad, just wish I had made it bigger. It was cut with Jewelers blades. thanks @Charlie E for the pattern. Mine lives on an old barn door on the wall above my grill. Makes me smile to know he has an Aussie cousin. Not really sure of the thickness but I think about 1.5mm 2mm at the most. I really would like to get a thicker piece but only about 3mm.
