The next one will be better. I used 5/16" b/bb that I had. Not the best stuff. What I meant to say was, the BB plywood I used wasn't the best quality. I'm going to make another one out of a better grade of BB. What I had laying around was not the best and it had been water stained at one time. I guess that's why I got it for $5 for the whole sheet. Most of it is good. Thanks for your input. I accidently came across it on Pinterest and had to do some searching to find the actual pattern. I found the designer on Thingyverse.
