My first attempt at veneering and there are a couple glue starved spots where small pieces of the veneer came off. My next project is a Clayton Boyer clock. Have spent quite a bit of time studying the patterns and instructions and am getting a little concerned I've bitten off more than I chew. I've never attempted to glue a piece of thin veneer to plywood, but you have inspired me to give it a try. And, I will try it with this pattern. Fiona has it for sale on her WEB site for those who may want the pattern but do not have the magazine.
