Popular Post Charlie E
I cut this same pattern about a year ago and gave it to my son. I decided I needed one on my shop wall too. The awesome pattern is by @Kris Martinson. It's cut in 1/2 red oak with a stained poplar backer. GusGustin
Hahahahahaha .. Worst singer EVER in the history of the world .. but .. good on the guitar .. HORRIBLE on the harmonica .. and .. great with lyrics !!!! Even won a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE . . . I think. Or one of those types of prizes .. way way back. Well - not too far back. The Byrds made their entire career on his music .. taking it and putting better vocals on it. hahahahaha .. GREAT WORK ON THIS !!!! Great Job !!! I like this quote from Sam Cooke about Dylan's music. "Cooke explained that from now on, it's not going to be about how pretty the voice is. It's going to be about believing that the voice is telling the truth." GusGustin
Smitty54
Great work. I know I am not a good singer, but I am better than him. Charlie E
wombatie
I was a big fan in my teenage years but then I grew up and decided that there were a lot more better singers out there. Now on reflection I think it was the words to his music that I liked not him. Anyhow.................... Great work as always Charlie, another excellent portrait for your workshop gallery. Marg Don't know if you saw this quote I posted from Sam Cooke but it sums up Dylan's music pretty well. "Cooke explained that from now on, it's not going to be about how pretty the voice is.
