Popular Post Jim Blume Posted May 4, 2021 Popular Post Report Posted May 4, 2021 A few weeks ago I asked the scroll saw community to make something for Memorial Day to either donate or sell and contribute the proceeds to any veteran organization of your choosing. Here is mine. If anyone can't figure out what this portrait depicts, it is the backside view of the Three Soldiers sculpture which is located at the Viet Nam Memorial in Washington D.C. I have also include a few of my patterns here if anyone would like to cut something as a tribute to those who served. I will be donating this portrait to The Highground, a Veteran's Memorial site in Neillsville Wisconsin. https://www.thehighground.us/ ben2008, ChelCass, Woodrush and 12 others 15 Quote
FrankEV Posted May 4, 2021 Report Posted May 4, 2021 I'm going to download and add these great patterns to my to do list. However, I'm swamped with projects at the moment and Memorial Day is comming fast. So, for now, I will just plan to join you and make a donation to The Highground, a Veteran's Memorial. Thandk you, certainly seems like a good thing to do. Scrappile, Jim Blume and danny 3 Quote

ben2008 Posted May 9, 2021 Report Posted May 9, 2021 (edited) I really like them. Excellent As a veteran myself I try to give as much as I can throughout the year to various veteran organizations. One of my favorites is "Wounded Warrior Project" https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/donate Edited May 9, 2021 by ben2008 Quote
